Professional pampering is a perfect way to feel rejuvenated and refreshed. Even if you can’t head to the islands for a long trip, a day of services at Essentials Day Spa in Denton is sure to help you feel ready to face the busyness of daily life. You could start with one of the spa’s massage offerings. A therapeutic whole-body massage can be 30, 60, or 90 minutes and customized to your preferences of areas to skip and pressure level. This type of massage can significantly decrease tension while improving circulation and lymphatic drainage.

Essentials Day Spa also offers a hot stone massage, a unique variation that introduces 50 warm stones and almond oil to areas of the body needing extra tension release. Cupping can be added to any massage to loosen scar tissue and promote circulation. Other services include facials with a revitalizing masque, microdermabrasion, or more intensive and specialized peel services. Treatment rooms play soothing music amidst soft and inviting decor for a truly relaxing experience.
