This impressive beverage features Waterloo gin, house-made lavender syrup, and hibiscus bitters and is topped with a frothy egg white.

Although Elm Fork Trail is shorter than Clear Creek, locals and visitors also heavily used it. Along with hiking, you can also access this trail by horseback. If you’re looking for more of a park setting, consider visiting Fred Moore Park for an evening walk. This 10-acre neighborhood park includes basketball courts, lighted benches, drinking fountains, grills for preparing meals, and picnic tables.
