Each tour meets at the Denton Historical Park at 317 West Mulberry Street and takes you on a shopping, dining, and entertainment extravaganza. Ghosts of Denton
You don’t have to wait until Halloween to learn about the haunted history of Denton. Running year-round, the Ghosts of Denton walking ghost tour tells the tales of Denton’s past residents and how some of their souls stay behind to terrorize the living. With 27 years of experience, professional storyteller Shelly Tucker entertains you with spine-chilling tales about Denton that’s she’s unearthed with comprehensive research over the years. Not only will you feel scared, but you’ll also soak up some Denton’s history.
Tours take place on Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. throughout the year and begin at the Discover Denton Welcome Center at 111 West Hickory Street on the south side of the square. Wear comfortable shoes for the 90-minute walk through downtown Denton and dress appropriately for weather conditions.
