You can enjoy an array of interesting costumes and decadent wines at Hotel Vin’s New Year’s Eve Masquerade Party. It’s in Grapevine, about 30 minutes away from Denton. This event takes place in the Bordeaux Ballroom, and it includes blackjack, dancing, and live music by Mix Tape. They’ll play rock, R&B, pop, hip hop, modern country, dance music, and more. There’s also a four-course dinner with Gulf oysters, caviar, spiced lobster bisque with coconut, wild salmon with glazed asparagus, and American Wagyu tenderloin with foie gras, petite mustard sauce, and bordelaise. Each course comes with a different type of wine.
You’ll also get party favors and a champagne toast at midnight. For a lower admission fee, you can also choose to come for the casino and dancing only. A VIP lounge is available as well. NYElectric 2023 takes place on the 33rd floor of the W Dallas Hotel and the venue’s popular Altitude rooftop. The balcony has a unique glass floor with stunning views of the Dallas skyline, and it’s about 50 minutes away from Denton. This event has a five-hour, premium, prepaid bar, three different areas where you can mingle with other visitors, and two top DJs. More than 400 people are expected to attend, and party favors are included.
There’s also a VIP area with a private balcony and bar. VIPs get upgraded party favors as well. The dress code is formal, but designer denim is allowed. Participants must be 21 or older, and valet parking is available.

The 13th Annual Dallas New Year’s Eve Ball
The 13th Annual Dallas New Year’s Eve Ball will take place this year at the Southside Ballroom. You can attend parties on two different floors with separate New Year’s Eve countdowns.
Each floor has its own theme and different music. At midnight, you can see the fireworks in Downtown Dallas from the ballroom. This is a multitiered room with a concert-style stage, a massive dance floor, and a state-of-the-art lighting and sound system. The DJ will play hip hop, Top 40, and Latino hits. The top floor has a more intimate speakeasy feel. Lounge areas are spread throughout the dance floor, and the DJ will play songs from the 80s, 90s, and 2000s, mixed with more recent hits.
Party favors are complementary, and dinner is available. There are several full-service bars, and there are multiple seating areas. A coat check, party games, and a backdrop for photos are available as well.

Crawl ‘Til the Ball Falls is a New Year’s Eve bar crawl in downtown Dallas. For $20, you can get a wristband that gives you admission to more than 10 bars and clubs with no additional cover. Many places offer champagne toasts, and you can watch the Times Square ball drop on TV. Each location that participates has an exclusive New Year’s Eve drink special, and attendees must be at least 21 years old.
